Co-Parenting Software

By bowden mcelroy | May 30, 2007

In a perfect world divorced parents would be able to talk calmly and reasonably and arrive at joint decisions in their child’s best interest. (I guess I should say in an almost-perfect-world… in a perfect world the parents wouldn’t be divorced.) Unfortunately that doesn’t always happen.

Some ex’s just can’t tolerate being in the same room with one another much less communicate and problem solve in a civil manner. Back in the day I would encourage them to have a spiral notebook to write down everything important in the child’s life: the notebook followed the child to each parent’s house and parents could take care of business without having to see their ex.

Today, several companies have developed software to replace the notebook. Below are four of the more popular.
